How to Shift Your Paradigm

Change your Narrative!

May 21, 2021

Ash Ruiz has been leading workshops, retreats and speaking engagements and healing concerts with his group HERE II HERE as the soundtrack for leaders like Eckhart Tolle and Marianne Williamson, Deepak Chopra, Neale Donald Walsch, Michael Beckwith Sri Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Byron, Katie and the Dalai Lama himself. He’s been featured by the United Nations and on Good Morning America.

SPIRITUAL AWAKENING

Ash had a spiritual awakening in the Amazon rainforest after the death of his father, as he was confronted with the philosophical and deeply human questions, “What's real? What's not real? What's important? What does it mean to live a good human life?” He described the moment so eloquently, “There was a moment where everything that I knew about myself and the world took a backseat.”

It happened at Macchu Pichu and it inspired Ash. “I want to go recreate that experience, recreate that bliss, recreate that peace, and that all embracing love.” Ash was changed. He tried to recreate that moment and was unable to even when revisiting that spot. That’s when he had another realization about that spiritual connection he experienced.

DIVINE CONNECTION

“It's an inside job, you could be in like the most beautiful spiritual temple ashram halfway across the world. But it's all about your connection to the divine from the inside.” That’s the premise on which Ash teaches, encouraging people to recognize how to separate their true selves from the stories they tell themselves about their experiences and how they see themselves.

To fight the tendency to be hypercritical, Ash suggests approaching beliefs like a scientist, examining them with curiosity and looking at them closely. That’s one way to shift the paradigm, and how an incredible musician is teaching people to find new songs in their own hearts and connect with a higher power from within.
