Separate yourself from your inner critic, and don’t listen to that negative voice behind your head.
Steer clear of having thoughts like you coulda, woulda, shoulda done it better.
In fact, take it completely out of your vocabulary because these words beat ourselves up!
Foster self compassion and speak kindly to yourself like you would to a friend, a family member or loved one or even your pet!
Take time to ask yourself how are you doing?
Detach from your thoughts, how do we make this possible? Through MEDITATION.
Acceptance is the answer to everything. Forget the past failures, the regrets and wrong decisions.
Tell yourself— you are exactly where you’re supposed to be!
All roads lead to where you are right now and basically, there is nothing you can do about it but LIVE in it and accept it for what it is.
Love exactly where you are.
Celebrate small wins.
Don’t compare and despair.
Know your why’s.
Write a gratitude list.
