Fires do not Burn constantly, they Burn Out at some point.
The Wind does not Blow constantly, they Stop at some point.
Being Happy and feeling Blissful is not constant, they change at some point.

The Changes in life that we are experiencing are not constant, but what we can do is to pave the way and act to steer away from burning out.

We start being Happy early in life only to realize that Life is not Perfect.

We start to dream and sometimes end up having our dreams shattered.

We do not have control over what is happening and how it is happening.

We work hard everyday and take care of our family but sometimes, we get burned out,

We get fatigued, We get exhausted with everything and this changes the general mood and our productivity and becomes the total opposite of how we have started with.

Can we say we are like the Fire that Burns out at some point?

Once this happens, what happens next?

Do we get stuck in this?

Is there no way out?

Is this the final destination that we are set out to tread in life?

This is hard, and most people do not realize that occupational stress, emotional stress and physical stress that they are going through are burnouts and getting overwhelmed by it makes things worse.
