But so many of the women I know and coach, don't celebrate themselves...
...in fact, they do the opposite because they beat themselves up!!!
I used to beat myself up, too! I would constantly berate myself for not being PERFECT!
I grew up like so many other women, thinking that I was supposed to look like the models in the fashion magazines.
If I could only look like them, I would get all the spoils out of life.
The truth is that even the models don't look like their magazine version, because they are so photo shopped and air brushed that they are barely recognizable.
I don't want to look like the models anymore. I think they are unhealthy looking.
I just want to be the best version of me that I can be, while loving and accepting myself exactly as I am.
Not for other's approval, but to feel healthy and strong!
A huge part of feeling confident in my body is how I relate to food.
If I am loving myself, food is fuel to propel me to feeling energetic and vital.
But changing my relationship to food, didn't happen overnight.
