WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU SAID THANK YOU?
Everyday we wake up and start our day,
Everyday we stand up to take a shower,
Everyday we sit down to have our breakfast,
Everyday we go to work,
Everyday after work, we go home,
Everyday we go to bed to sleep,
Did you realize that—
Not everyone wakes up in the morning?
Not everyone has water to drink?
Not everyone has food?
Not everyone has a job?
Not everyone has a home?
Not everyone has a bed?
These simplest things that we don’t mind in our day to day life are things that would mean the world to someone.
Being Mindful of the smallest things can help give our bodies the extra energy we need.
Being thankful in situations when we should be stressed out can help change the direction of our emotions and mood.
Finding that faint light in every situation and being thankful for that can help brighten up our day.
Our Happiness is in our control. It is not easy, but it is attainable.
