In my opinion, morning routines or basic time management principles are less about creating parameters around what you should and shouldn't be doing during your day...
...and are more about starting and continuing your day/week with a positive, supportive mindset (even if you slept in and your day doesn't begin until 11 am).
Listen, I am not here to tell you when to wake up or to give you an exact framework of what to implement at what time...
...because the truth is, only you know what supports your well-being.
